1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Parcelum ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Parcelum provides access to parcel and property data via an API and web interface. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The data provided constitutes public record information. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of records obtained from county sources. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Usage Limits
The Service is subject to usage limits, including but not limited to API rate limits determined by your subscription tier (e.g., Sandbox, Startup, Growth). You agree not to attempt to bypass these limits or use the API in a manner that degrades service for others. We reserve the right to enforce these limits and to suspend or terminate accounts that exceed reasonable usage patterns.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of Parcelum or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Parcelum, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
